Installing D365 Guides into production environment error

Hello, bought a license and followed the provided step by step guide for setuping Guides along with assigning basic roles, and for the past week we keep encountering this error when trying to install Dynamics 365 Guides into the production environment (step 2). We also tried troubleshooting the problem by creating a trial account but keep encountering the same error even there on default environment and different networks. Explaining the error would also help tremendously.

    Name: InvalidOperation
    Message: Invalid Operation performed.

    Please check if it is related to region first:

    Hi Robert,

    I am a PM on the Guides team and I haven't seen this issue before. The support team will have tools to investigate. Log into the Power Platform Admin Center at https://aka.ms/PPAC with the account that you used to create your trial or subscription. On the left side menu, look for Help+Support and open a support ticket. If you don't get traction or cannot open a ticket, email me at davepinch@microsoft.com and we can help you get unblocked.

    Hello and Thank You for the swift reply to our question. The problem was resolved thanks to your suggestion by it possibly being related to the database. Setting the database language during its creation to English (United States) fixed our error and we managed to finish the setup successfully. Have a nice day.
