There is no good way to hide those buttons. Here is what you can try:
parent.$("button[data-id='dialogResizeIconButton-2']", parent.document)[0].style.display = 'none';
parent.$("button[data-id='dialogCloseIconButton']", parent.document)[0].style.display = 'none';

It's not possible in a supported way. I believe it's possible using some DOM tweaks but I would recommend avoiding that.
