Knowledge Source base cannot used

Hi all, as some research from internet have saying that copilot can be scan through the knowledge sources(Sharepoints) and websites to seek answer for agent. However I have some enquiry about this.
 
My environment is dynamic 365 trial environment.

1. How to add the sharepoints as the Knowledge base for copilot to scan through the data inside.
2. I have added few website but when asking the copilot regarding the website's content, it didnt reflect anything.
 
Does anyone know the situation on this?

    Hi,
     
    1. Copilot also uses the knowledge base as a source. You should be able to add your SharePoint site via Knowledge base > External Search Providers to that source.
     
     
     
    2. Regarding your website, is that site explicitly indexed by Bing Search? I believe that is a prereq:
