Why I see '?' in modified field in my voucher transaction form ?

Hi,

I have added the modified field and modified date time field in voucher transaction form . For few records I can see the name while for few I see the '?'. Can you please tell why am I seeing the '?' value?

I assume that you didn't have the properties enabled from beginning and these are records that haven't been modified since you started tracking ModifiedBy and ModifiedDateTime, therefore no values are available.

Hi Martin,

Yes I had enable the properties now only. So is this the case, if we don't modify the record, we will see the '?' only?

Yes, that's correct when we're talking about records created before you enabled this feature.it's impossible to know who and when modified the record when this information wasn't tracked yet.

For the records that has posted before the field is enabled then will show as "?"
