Modify MS Word file with data from NAV

I have to investigate is it possible ( with NAV 2009 ) to open existing MS WORD document, replace some data & save the file with different name (keeping the word file as template for next time). 
Do you have any experience and result?
I’m trying with Microsoft Dynamics NAV Style Sheet Tool Version 2.0 and few days have no result :(

    Yes you can achieve this, however you required to do few modifications to the system.

    Thank You very much. Is the 'Microsoft Word 15.0 Object Library' suports older versions? I couldn't test it.

    that automation should support also the old ms word versions.

    but if needed you can download older interop assemblies,

    follow www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
