De-activation of users in NAV 2018 license

Hi,

Wonder if someone could help me with this?

I have a customer who currently have a NAV 2009 Userbased license with 8 concurrent users and 100 web users. When we (at a later time) will convert them to NAV 2018 they will have 108 concurrent full users in the new license :-/ is it possible, after the transition to de-activate some of the users without problems? (license is locked aso.) I know we cannot do it before the transition as the license then will be locked for 6 months, but is there also an issue after transition ?

I think that you need to directly contact MS for that change, no way to do it via the Partner Portal.

Agree with Stefano. You need to talk to Microsoft support on this.
