Hello Everyone,

On my instance, I have logged In with user who has System Administrator role.

On CASE entity, while I am clicking "+" button, I am not able see POST in the list of entities.

I have read some blogs and came to know that in "Activities Feeds Configuration" area, we can see Post Configurations for different entities. But in my instance I am not able to see any record in that.

In another trial instance I can see some records of OOB entities but in my instance I am not having that.

Please guide me further to having this records so that I can see POST in timeline grid of CASE entity.

Any help would be appreciated.

In addition to above answer you can also go to case form and open timeline control properties and see you have selected "show all" -

    Hi Partner,

Inorder to see the Post in your timeline as an entity to add the record from timeline, you need to enable the Activity feeds configuration for case Entity.

To find these, look under Settings -> Activity Feeds Configuration. You’ll find over 30 entities listed in Post Configurations.  Each entity has a number of related out-of-the-box rules that can be activated.

To Activate an existing rule typically requires two steps:

First, ensure the entity is Active in Post Configurations. If not, select the entity and click Activate. In this example, we are activating the Case entity. You will need to Publish the entity for this change to take effect.

Once it is Activated you have to Publish the Case entity from Customization -> Customize the system -> Entities -> Case entity -> Publish

Once the changes are published, you can refresh your browser and you should be able to see Post entity in your timeline

Even after performing the above action if you are still not able to see Post, clear your cache and cookies for browser or login again and verify.

Additionally, you can also check Activity feed rules for case entity if required.
