Error 0x8321561 and error in Bulk Deletetion

Hi Everyone.
I have the problem that when performing a bulk deletion, it stays a long time in 'waiting,' and then it remains in 'waiting for resources' without doing anything, no matter how long I leave it. I noticed that in system jobs, it stays in that state even if it's the only job running. When I run a Power Automate, the process also stays as 'waiting for resources' even though it has finished, and when I open it, it sends me to the following with error 0x8321561.
Any solution?

    Hi Partner,
    Try to delete this job that has been waiting and recreate a new bulk deletion job, does it work?
