Hello experts,

We have some Customer Free Text Invoices that have been posted but these Invoices are sitting in an 'Unsettled' state

We would like to Cancel or Void these FTIs

Below screenshot, I don't see a 'Cancel' button (maybe its a Customization at our end)

Please let me know if there is a way to Cancel or Void an Invoice

The option to Cancel an FTI is enabled via License configuration. You'll need a technical resource who can put F&O in Maintenance mode to activate this option. Once activated, the 'Correct' button will appear in the FTI form.
