Can't receive an Email (SMTP)

My customer can't receive an email.

when I check a Job Queue Log Entries I found this Error



I know I have to adjust an SMTP Environment or something... but I don't know what is the correct way to fix this and I'm afraid that if I adjust a maximum SMTP message size. It may harm a server or not? 

How can I fix this?

    I can handle this I delete a transection in Table 1511 (Notification Entry) that cause a SMTP message too big.
