Hi All,

I have question regarding admin account when Dynamics 365 FO cloud deployment .
so by default which account will be provision as Admin in once cloud instance provisioned by Microsoft ?
can we add additional administrator accounts at the time of deployment request ?
if yes that accounts should be (AAD) user accounts or Admin accounts?

The account that initiates the deployment from LCS is set up as the Admin in the system.

You can't add additional admin accounts in the deployment request, but once the system is deployed you can add more users who have System administrator role.

All user accounts in D365 must be AAD accounts. They don't need to be AAD admins.
