    Hi Abhishek,

For out of box, you can use the case creation rules.

    crmbook.powerobjects.com/.../automatic-case-creation

For custom workflow, you need to create a workflow on create of email which create the task entity record.

    Hope this helps

    Short answer...

You can do it using a custom workflow, you can create a series of "check conditions" and check title using title of email.

create a case based on what the title says and then create a task within the case (all within the same workflow)

you need to make sure that the incoming email is already link to a contact that is linked to an account if you want to be able to set an account. This will work very well if the incoming emails have been formated in a way that the title is more of less always standard.

    ex:

if emailsubject =  "ac detected high humidity"

create case " Humidy issue" customer= email senders account,

create tasks  = send team, etc

        regard eamil to case

asign email to queue "case created"

    or

create a plugin and attach it to incoming emails. in the plugin you can create a case (and tasks within a case) - its more flexible depending on what you are trying to do.
