Gift Card Complete Configuration Require

Retail Parameters -> POSTING -> Gift Card all things configured

Payment Method -> New PM -> select PM Type - > Card ..... selected -> Test Connector -> POSTING -> Ledger Account has been given , item has been given

POS Layout - >Issue gift card configured , -> Add Gift Card

after all jobs applied

but when I Press Issue Gift Card or Add Gift card item My app has just crashed

ERROR : The application has encountered an error. Try again or contact your administrator to fix this problem.

I've configure Gift Card Functionality through this

Hi Balawal,

This is a generic error and doesn't help for troubleshooting. The quickiest way would be raising a support ticket to Microsoft Support and our engineer would be able to talk with you and get more details.
