Hello, I'm the HR Director for a healthcare company and I was wondering if anyone on here has experience using Dynamics Talent Core HR for Healthcare. It seems like a lot of the tutorials and resources are geared more for manufacturing/sales/marketing etc. I'm looking into translating our current system over to Talent, but I want to make sure we can document and keep track of the information that we have to have in an employee's record.

My areas of interest and questions are mainly with Core HR. I need to know if it is possible to make customizable online forms that can record certain data and be signed by the employee and manager. We have certain things like immunizations that have to be tracked annually, and I'm wondering if there's a way to do that separate of just storing them as a certificate with a pdf attached.
Also, my other question would be with annual reviews. Is there a good online resource that goes in depth on the creation of reviews?Everything I have found online so far has been very surface level and basic, and I need something more in depth.
Yes, it is possible to make the customizable online forms - we could we the Canvas Apps (which can be embedded on the Employee Self Service or other areas. These can also be brought to Tablets or Phones really easily.
regarding the annual reviews, other then docs.microsoft.com/.../performance-management-overview there aren't many other resources.

That would be great actually if you could message me privately to ask some specific questions. I feel like a lot of what I'm doing right now is translating. I'm trying to learn the vernacular of Talent and figure out a way to make sure the things that we currently track can be done in there.
