Resco licence activation

Hello everyone,

my name is Sophia and I'm very new to Dynamics. The following problem occurred when I tried to activate the Resco licence, that is included in Dynamics Field Service: on the support page where I previously managed to activate the licenses, there is no longer the possibility to select an incident. The list is empty. Could you help me to find out what is the problem and how to solve it?

    This is getting ridiculous!

    The ever changing support methods and the amount of time to enable a Resco license is unacceptable.

    Hello Sophia,

    We had the same problem. So, I contacted a Microsoft support. In fact he said, in the following week they should have the corrected link on their online document. He suggested us to open a case from Admin portal to activate fieldservice dynamics 365 mobile application.

    So, once you logged on into your organization, you can go to https://admin.dynamics.com and open a new request.
