Upgrading From GP version 9.0 with many customization's

hi everyone ,

i'm running on GP version 9.00.0281 on my company but there are a lot of customization's in many locations and many modified forms , reports and so . is there any way to upgrade for a newer version with keeping these customization's ??

    You can try, take packages backup of modified forms and reports and after upgrade import them, I imported some modification from version 8 to different versions and found no issue, but again it depends on the type of modifications.

    If by many locations you mean you have different versions on different computers you are going to need to merge all these customizations into one before the upgrade. After doing that you can run them through two different upgrade processes. Hopefully both of them work but if not hopefully one of them works. After each hop of the upgrade use Dynamics Utilities to upgrade the forms and reports. Also use the Customization export/import routine to transfer them.  If any of them modifications involve fields that no longer exist in the new versions you will need to correct them before use. GP Utilities which ones need works.
