Add azure connection

dear Sir,

when looging to : https://lcs.dynamics.com

Lifecycle Services > could host environment > +Add azure connection

After supplying name and subscription ID, and requesting Download, we get error the following error:

 

 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

 

please can you provide any help ?

    You can try to accomplish this using another browser, like Google Chrome?

    Dear Sir,

    I did use google , and put the name as the azure login name and the ID as the code from Azure setting screen.

    Try to create a new LCS project and do the same.

    Dear Sir,

    Already created new LCS project and still the same error , the input screen has two fields:

    1- Name – I put azure login name

    2- Subscription ID – I put the subsection ID

    my doubt is the name field is it  the login name ?  or company name ? or user name ?

    On name field you can write what do you want.

    Thank you for your time on call today.

     

    As discussed , since you are facing issues with DynamicsLifecycleServices , and we are from CRM online support team , we would not be able to assist you on this as we are not trained and expertise on this product.

     

    However we do have a separate dedicated team for DynamicsLifecycleServices , and you can create a new support ticket with them from the below link.

    Hence we will proceed with the closure of this case as unsupported.
