Hi,
Am using D365FO and when i try to run the Channel sales by hour report under Retail module, on the report dialog, the channel dropdown appears blank. It seems am missing a configuration.
However, i have verified the organisations hierarchy configurations which seems correctly configured.
I'm not sure if running the reset metadata synchronisation under Retail scheduler parameters would help since this issue is discovered in production. I thought to check what would be the best way to handle this.
Any help on the same would be highly appreciable.
