My Extension page closing issue?

Hi All,

i have created Extension 2.0 and it is published successfully but here in web client have faced some pages was not closing those are custom pages.

see below

above page i have run from page.runmodel and this page when i click close button. it was not closing.

not only this page some of list pages also same behavior. did i need to do any thing for this.
