I have a challenge with a missing customer ID in the system
Any input how to solve this? I have tried the record ID but it does not allow me to rename it (its missing compared with the other records) and update through the entity.

Hi, In which form it is missing and can you see it from SQL Server or Table Browser?
I can see it in custtable on Table Browser:
Can you try Excel-Addin. Open in excel and Enter the customer account. You can also update Customer ID from SQL sever if its Non Production environment.
Do you know the Customer Id that should be filled and how it got empty. It can be done from Sql Server but I doubt if anyone will do it.
I have tested using Excel Add-in and got few errors about lower number sequence and dependent transactions, you can try but if its Production then you can raise ticket to Microsoft to run SQL Script. If non-prod then you or your team can do it. From SQL, it works.
