Dear Experts,
I have requirement of one of BYOD batch job to run at every 10mins and for week days only. I.e Run every 10mins from monday to Friday.
i see toggle button for weeks and Minutes but either of it seems to be working at a time.
am i missing anything?
I'm not sure if that's possible. You can use Active batch periods feature to limit the time of day when your batch job should run. So you can say that it should run only on night time, but run every 10 minutes in the night.
But as far as I know, you can't set it to run every 10 minutes only between Monday and Friday.
Would it cause some harm if it runs also on the weekend? What would be the business problem if it runs also on the weekends?

Like NIkoloas mentioned there is no setup to have the batch jobs run only during weekdays. I would also like to know why you have the requirement to stop processing in the weekend.
If you really need it, you can consider a customization or workaround by creating a Power Automate flow which will (also daily) check if a certain batch group should be removed from the batch server list or added back again.
I was just thinking about the batch jobs and thought to add another option here.
You can have another workaround by setting up 5 batch jobs and run it with a weekly recurrence; one for each working day.

The requirement was to run it every 10 minutes but only on weekdays. With your approach it would run once per each working day.
My bad... you are correct. I overlooked the 10 minutes requirement today. Once per day, then setting up 5 tasks would work.
