You may use 2 features of AX to store additional information for a product:

External Codes

technet.microsoft.com/.../aa583814.aspx

Product Attributes

technet.microsoft.com/.../hh227548.aspx

Hi Hari,

As it is a tariff code, you can probably use Commodity codes in AX2012: technet.microsoft.com/.../aa617816.aspx
