How to upgrade NAV 2018's extension to upper version for Business Central OnPrem

Dear All,

Hope all are doing well,

Could please me out on below error as I am upgrading NAV 2018 to OnPrem and upgraded successfully but all extensions are are showing as not Installed and when i am going to install extension and try to upgrade extension using Poerwshell and getting below error. 

Start-NavAppDataUpgrade : Cannot upgrade the extension "abc" 1.0.0.10' because its version must be newer
than the current version. The current version is '1.0.0.10'

    Hi,

    Why not changes your version while executing Start-NavAppDataUpgrade command, for more detail look to this MSDN article:

    Hi,

    The system is expecting a higher version of an app to be published and then use upgrade command against it.

    So for making the extension to work - change the version stamp to one next (in your case it would version : 1.0.0.11 ) in your app.json file and  build it pressing ( Ctrl+Shift+B).

    Use these three cmdlets then -

    Publish-NAVApp

    Sync-NAVApp

    Start-NAVAppDataUpgrade
