Hello Mohamed,
I am a bit confused.
Previously it was mentioned that a cash payment was made. Now a reference to a check payment exists.
Can you possibly provide some information on the transactions (screenshots) that illustrate what has been recorded and what is wrong?

i don't mean safe drop. my case is ( the cashier person closed the check with wrong payment method, i need to retrieve the receipt and correct the payment it with another payment method)

yes but i need action to do this issue i won't to do it manualy from settelment
now i have cashier person close the receipt with cash by wrong as this receipt should changed to visa how i can change it ?

excuse the question, but why would you like to change the payment method for a closed transaction? Anyway, have you tried to reverse the settlement and change it then? This should usually work. Let me know if your problem is solved.
