Not getting business central Insights in my Outlook

Hi,
    I completed setting up integrating the Outlook on web with Business central On cloud through assisted setup as admin user. Also I have uploaded XML files for Document View and Business Central in the Microsoft 365 admin center. I have also completed /Get the Outlook Add-in/ in the Business Central. But I cannot see business central Insights in my admin user outlook. So I have checked custom add-in in my outlook and added Document view and business central add-in in the outlook. But still cannot able to see insights in outlook. Please suggest me the way to get those insights in the Outlook.
 
I have look at the earlier solution but it still does not solve my problem. Is it possible to give a step by step to have the business central in my outlook?

    Thanks for the feedback and the links.
     
    I have to wait for 48 hours after installing the addins at the admin center before I can see the Business central Icon  under the apps when I create a new mail. Now my next challenge is that when I try to see to OP in a new screen, the system prompt out a new screen but with the following error. However when i try to sign in again, the same error still prompt out. Not sure what is the next step i should take.

    Based on the links that I have browse through.  I tried to look up for the "set up your bsuinss in Box in the outlook" function under "Assisted setup" function but I cannot find it.  What i can see is "Outlook Add-in Centralized Deployment".

    Hi, Can you see it in the web version of Outlook?
    This could also be a problem with the local installation of Outlook, so I usually test it in the browser first.
    Hopefully this can give you some hints.
