Nav 2016 Bank Reconciliation Suggest Lines Missing Open Deposit Entries

We're on Nav 2016 Build 9.0.46621.0 (CU10). Recently, during a bank reconciliation, when using the "Suggest Lines", it populated the Deposits/Transfers lines slightly off (Suggest Lines better by 90.13) comparing with from Bank Account Ledger Entries. Of course, it wouldn't balance. I re-ran the "Suggest Lines" option with "Replace existing lines" option checked, this time, it missed (not populating the lines) 25 open deposits! I re-ran it several times, still the same! I deleted the entire bank reconciliation file and ran again, same result. Somehow, it doesn't read the 25 open deposits as open/outstanding. (Cheques lines are ok) I did many bank reconciliations before. This is the first time we ran into a problem. By the way, we have 3 other bank accounts. They are all ok!

    Hi Louis,

Do you use  Include checks option when you run Suggest line function?

Yes, I did try all the options "Both", "Deposits", & "Cheques". All rendered the same result. I really think Nav somehow deemed these 25 open deposits as being marked "closed". But, I just couldn't figure out the logic behind it.

    Hi Louis,

Please try without option Include checks, system will check Bank account ledger entries

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh169007(v=nav.90).aspx

If you want to suggest check ledger entries instead of bank account ledger entries, select the Include Checks field.
