Can we host Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation on AWS?
It's explicitly forbidden by the license terms, so I guess the answer is no.

I'm afraid you can't, however, you may consider about Amazon Marketplace connector at https://www.d365.ms/
Running the on-premises version in cloud (Azure, AWS etc) is not supported.
Can someone please share the exact language or the document that says that the on prem solution cannot be installed on another cloud service?
See link below, it states "Dynamics 365 Finance + Operations (on-premises) deployments are not supported on any public cloud infrastructure, including Azure."
