How can we reprint a posted bank reconciliation in NAV 5.0?

We need help printing a posted bank reconciliation.

We prepared a bank reconciliation in NAV 5.0 and pressed "Post and Print"  The reconciliation posted but, unfortunately, the network print server was offline and the reconciliation failed to print.  We tried pressing "Post and Print" a second time, but received an error message that "The Posted Bank Rec Header already exists."

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Post and Print execute 2  functions in the sequence i) Post ii) Print. Even though Bank Reconciliation has not been printed but it definetly has been posted and the reason why the error mesaage is appearing.

    You can run the report 1407 Bank Account Statement manually and print the statement.

    Thank you very much, Sandeep.  I see that we need to do the following:

    • Click on Tools on NAV's main menu; then
    • Click on Object Designer; then
    • Click on the Reports button; then
    • Scroll down and click on the line for Report 10408; then
    • Click on the Run button; then
    • Click the Filter field on the Bank Account No. line and select the appropriate bank account; then
    • Enter the Statement number on the Statement No. line;
    • Print the report.

     

    This method works like a charm.
