SSRS reports are not opening on Chrome, only on internet explorer. d365fo

Hello all,

I have a problem regarding SSRS reports on Microsoft Dynamics Ax D365fo.

When i run the reports on chrome browser they are shown blank and when i run the reports on internet explorer they are ok.

What can be happen? How can i fix to be open even on Chrome? (This bug happend before one week ago and before it was ok, when i open on pdf format on chrome they look ok ).

Do you have enabled "Report PDF viewer" in the feature management?, if no try to enable it and check with chrome again. Months ago I also had a similar issue when I modified the zoom in the web browser, may be you have modified it?

hi Mariano,

yes it is enabled, the pdf version works fine in the two browsers.

But when i run a custom report on chrome , it is shown like this, and when i export it to pdf it is ok.

On internet explorer it is not shown blank, it is correct even on pdf version even on ax version.

Hi Paula,

Does the custom report works on Edge?

Since the report layout is custom, it would be great to check the issue with developer so she/he can check further on SSRS Server.

Regarding feature management, in addition to "Report PDF viewer" you can activate "Enable Refresh on Report PDF viewer" and "Enable Reload on Report PDF viewer" (docs.microsoft.com/.../preview-pdf-documents)

Hi Alireza,

Thanks for the answer. Even on edge does the same thing as chrome, it works only on internet explorer. In fact i am a developer and i have this bug to fix, but with debug code is ok. What can i do on Ssrs server?

Hi,

Which exact version of Dynamics 365 F&O are you using? Have you tried 10.0.20 or PEAP 10.0.21? Do you have this issue with only custom reports or also standard reports?

Hi Paula,

I wonder if you already tried to reproduce the error on a more recent version as suggested above. If so, what was the outcome?
