Changing Accounting dimension for hour journal based on category

Hi,

I am creating Hour journal through code. Here, I need to change the "Offset account dimension" (Payroll Allocation) and "Project account dimension" (Project cost) based on the "category Id" through code while creating hour journal. Whether is it possible.

And can someone guide me how to achieve this through code?
