Confirm Button missing in order

Hi,

we are working with PSA in Dynamics365. There are no customizations implemented, but whatever we try, there is not "Confirm"-Button for Orders. We created orders manually or from a quote. We entered all fields checked the linked data (e.g. price lists etc.) A "Close as Lost" Button is available.

What are we doing wrong?

    Hi processninja,

1.Make sure that these created orders type is 'Work based'.

2.You can use the in-app tool--Command Checker to inspect the ribbon component definitions:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/power-platform/power-apps/create-and-use-apps/ribbon-issues

To enable the Command Checker tool, you must append a &ribbondebug=true parameter to your Dynamics 365 application URL.

    Hi Leah,

thanks for your quick answer. All contracts are worked base. When using the ribbon checker, I see that the "Confirm"-Button is hidden and the reason is that

    msdyn.salesorder.displayRules.SOP is false
Unfortunatley I dont know what that means. Is there any documentation available?

    Hi Patrick,

This is my screenshot, the msdyn.salesorder.displayRules.SOP is true.

You can refer to the following link to fix the display rule:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/power-platform/power-apps/create-and-use-apps/ribbon-issues-button-hidden?tabs=fix#repair-options

Or you can try to use Ribbon workbench tool to change the rule value:

    Thank you Leah,

I solved the issue. I had to Turn off the sales order processing setting as described here learn.microsoft.com/.../enable-sales-order-processing-integration

    Thanks for help

    Hi Patrick,

I am glad that your problem was solved!

And thank you for sharing the documentation! :)

Based on the documentation, I found that this was actually changing the value of the IsSOPIntegrationEnabled property.
