Hi:

Is there a report or a "tile" on the home page that will alert the purchasing manager that items exist on the Requisition Worksheet that are required to fulfill sales demand?

Speaking of the Requisition Worksheet, does the Starting Date and Ending Date range need to be expanded if you are looking for newly generated sales orders created from transferred sales quotes that have dates that are in the past?

For the exact requirement it would need modification. A work around could be a user task with a "Recurrence":
