Debug PurchReqLineReview standard workflow to check the validations

Hi Techies -

We are facing a strange issue while submitting the purchase requisition workflow.

Workflow - 'Purchase requisition line review' - Workflow type - 'PurchReqLineReview'.

Below is the condition to check the project group for the purch req line.

There are two Purch requisitions with same project group name 'INTERNAL'. but the below condition is returning true for one Purch Requisition and false for another Purch Requisition.

We need to debug and check this, where it is failing, has anyone debugged such workflow validations, your inputs would be helpful. Thanks in advance! Meanwhile we are checking the classes for the same.

This is odd. Are you sure it's running the same version as the one you have attached as a screen shot?

The first thing that comes to mind is to check the document query "PurchReqWFLineDocument" using a runnable class, and check the content of the ProjTable record. The ProjTable data source is attached to the requisition line, so I wonder if this is why it's not executing the condition as expected.

Hi Sangram,

Are these projects in the same legal entity? Note that the purchase requisitions is a global table and the projects not. Probably there is something wrong with the legal entity link to have the query know about the correct legal entity to search for the project details?

Yes, it's the same version, I just ran workflow for two records and for one it has failed and other one it worked! Project group value for both different project Ids is 'INTERNAL'.

Yes, both the projects are in same LE Andre.

Hi Jonas/Andre -

I have modified this query a bit PurchReqWFLineDocument to check what data it is pulling, and there is the issue traced, found two records with same project Id in two different companies including which I am running a workflow.

It is considering gb11 record instead of gb01.
