Hi,

Good day!

Anyone who can help me to fix the set-up for PO, its subledger journals can't be seen at trial balance or GL transactions.

what set-up should I fix for this?

hi,

try to configure from the GL > chart of accounts > configure the account structure then try to select the correct structure and activate it and see.

And also you can rebuild balances for financial dimensions sets and try.

Hi Sharlene,

In the trial balance parameters, have you selected appropriate parameters date, dimension sets, layer?
