Hi All,
Recently I upgraded dynamics crm2015(on-Premise) to dynamics365(on-Premise version 8.2.2.112). SaveAndClose button is not working for all entities .

not for all entities or not for all forms?
All forms for every entity(system and custom)
Any Error in UI or tracing?
No error. Button is not triggering any event.
I have seen it happen with browser related issues. Please try basic browser level trooubleshooting.
Also, under system settings - check if turning on "Legacy Form Rendering" helps with it.

Glad it helps. But its a temporary solution and I would still suggest that we need to get it working with Legacy forms turned OFF as Legacy forms may be removed in some future version.
Also, Legacy forms has old form rendering which is prone to performance issues.
If the buttons are not customized, open a MS Support ticket to have it checked.
If customized, check associated Jscripts of that button for compatibility issues.

It was announced to be deprecated in 2016 update 1 (8.1) but as of now its available in 9.0.
