Scoring Models not available in Customer Insights - Journeys Trial

Hello,

I am currently exploring the features of Customer Insights - Journeys using the trial environment. However, I’m unable to use Scoring Models. After publishing one, I receive the following error message:

"This feature is currently not available for trial organizations."

Is there a specific reason why this feature is restricted in the trial? Or am I missing a required configuration?

I have searched for documentation but could not find any details about this limitation for trial environments.

Currently, it is not possible to use the Lead scoring functionality inside trial instances. I hope that answers your questions, you are not missing any configurations. Unfortunately, I cannot give any reason why it is not possible. As an alternative, you could use predictive lead scoring in Sales.
