I am facing issue while associating a data source to report. I think the issue is due to permissions. The error shown in Visual Studio while connecting to Data Source.
cannot create a record a in system events (SysEvent). Event ID: 5637144, Refresh AOD. The Record Already Exists.
and when i check from event viewer then the following error is shown.
The description for Event ID 110 from source Dynamics .NET Business Connector 6.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer
If somebody can immediately help in sorting out this issue????//

Thanks Nitesh reply, we did these steps before but it allows for one step to move forward but in next step the error again appear.
Now, what we did we connected the same AX client with Production Server it did not generate that issue. So it worked fine for us. Then we tried AX Client from Production to AOS on stage which did not work. So it seems there is a problem on AOS Server.
There seems to be two sort of issues either the problem with DB which we restore from Production to Stage as it is OR there is some component problem on AOS Server on stage. Could you please suggest any solution to identify the real cause of this issue and solution.
Even we removed/reinstall all development tools or components other than AOS but still issue is appearing. Any solution??
Consider refreshing the cache
Open Dynamics AX in Development workspace
go to menu Tools> Caches >
execute Refresh Directory/ Refresh Data / Refresh element
Please verify and update if this solves your issue.

Sometimes, the error does not display and it loads all the queries list but after selection or next step it appears again.
Could you please let us know what is the problem and solution quickly????

You could try refreshing your Business Connector configuration.
Steps.
1. Open your AX Client configuration utility
2. Click on the First dropdown and select 'Business Connector'
3. Verify your settings and the connection tab if its pointing to the right AOS.
Also make sure the Security account the Business connector is running has permissions enabled. System Administration > System > System Security Accounts
