Hi All ,

I use Nav 2015 , when I open item label to print price stickers , I press print icon its show

error message is An I/O exception occurred during the operation , please help me to solve this error ,

    Has it been working previously with the same setup? Is it appearing always? Sometime this might happen if you try to print the same report from different machines using the same user login. What is the configuration of your network - are you using windows client on local machines? Can you replicate the same error if you print using client, installed on the server itself? Can you select a different printer - the same issue?

    have you check the printer and your PC connector ...?

    try unplug and plug it again

    this IO exception will come your data cable not properly plug
