Cannot delete attachment even though user has super permission.

Any insight as to why is appreciated.

Hi, This is standard behavior, you need to go to the Incoming Document page to delete it.

Hello

We try this issue in our environment. if you use incoming Document then you cannot directly delete the attached document that's the reason the system shows you gray Delete Line option.

if you want to delete the attached incoming Document then you have to Remove the attached file using this given steps.

Click on Prepare >Incoming Document > Remove Incoming Document.

This option Removes or Delete the Attached Incoming Document from the Details section.

Hope this information will help you to delete the Attached incoming document.

As mentioned by the other users this is standard behavior, you need to go to the Incoming Documents page to delete the attachment.
