Cursor Blinking Issue AX2012 Client

Hi, 

We are accessing a remote server using the RDP, when we run the AX2012 we are facing the issue if we login via the RDP , once we login and start the AX2012 client the cursor keeps Blinking into the screen, we are unable to find the reason if somebody has got the same issue before would like to request for help.

    This is due to the most recent Remote Desktop Connection client update from Microsoft.

    I'm sorry I don't have the exact KB number at my fingertips right now.  It was released in April.  Once we removed this hotfix from our WSUS and affected machines, the issue disappeared.

    Removing that Windows update has no effect for us.

    Try these updates.  I heard they fix multiple Remote Desktop and RemoteApp issues similar to what we've been experiencing.

    I'm also testing these shortly.

    I am trying to download and install hot fix for Win & SP1 X86 support.microsoft.com/.../2847932

    suggested by brandon. It shows Error "Update is not avialable to your computer" why??
