We have a customer portal where files (zip, avi, etc) can be downloaded once a request is completed. Our D365 environment is connected to our Sharepoint Online storage. We are experiencing HTTP400 page isn't working contact the site owner error when the file being downloaded is larger than 1GB. Any files smaller than this there is no problem at all and it downloads within minutes. Once the file is at or larger than 1GB this error appears immediately once you click on the filename to start the download. Any suggestions, ideas, if you have experienced this before would be greatly appreciated as we are stuck and customers are not happy with us.

I suggest that you could raise a ticket to Microsoft and let the engineer help you on server side.
