2. I created an email with a button that links to a Customer Voice survey that has personalised questions (i.e. includes the first name in some questions).
3. I have NOT ticked /Make survey anonymous/.
4. I added the email to a journey.
Result: When the email is sent via the journey it is not personalised and the response does not link back to the contact record.
Question: what do I need to do to make the survey personalised when it is sent via the journey?
