BAS - Goods and Services Tax Payable showing as a negative number

Hi,

We are trying to run BAS and we are having the above issue which is showing Goods and Services Tax Payable (1A) values as a negative number. This is resulting in the BAS showing us with a refund of $900k rather than a payment of $148. I have run this in our Sandbox environment also, which is a copy of our Production environment and the numbers are correct. The only difference between the two environments is that Production is on version 10.0.6 & the Sandbox is on 10.0.9

Does anyone have a fix for this?

    Hello Swatson86,

    The BAS is something specific for Australia, right?

    In your 10.0.6. environment there might be a problem.

    The problem is described here and included in a fix for 10.0.7.

    Yet, even if you are on 10.0.9. not everything might work as planned because there I found another fix for 10.0.11.

    I would recommend that you investigate those fixes with the help of a developer / system admin and probably have a chat with the MS support how to get this problem resolved because 10.0.11 is not GA yet.
