GST default on Periodic Journals

I have discovered that my periodic journals in GL have all suddenly defaulted with GST in the "item GST group". This was never the case before.

I have not made the change nor have any of the other users.  Our AX vendor can not pin point why this has happened.

I would appreciate your assistance.

    There are three scenario to get default Item sales tax group.

    1. Please check your tax parameters settings, is GST assign as default in item sales tax group field

    2. Please check in main Account setup is GST assign as default in item sales tax group field

    3.Please clear the usage data.(cache)
