How to choose & extract item in gallery Power Apps

Hello there!

May I ask if there is any guidance or steps to choose and extract few specific items in gallery Power Apps into pdf/word/excel/ editable document (preferable pdf)?

My project process basically:
1. User input the information through Power Apps (Name,Position,Attachment) which will be stored in Sharepoint list (ListA).
2. The info from List A will be display in the gallery which I had set to have both Edit and View mode for the gallery in Power Apps.
3. **The user able to choose and extract few specific items in gallery Power Apps into pdf/word/excel/ editable document (preferable pdf)?

Does anyone have any insight, suggestion or reference?
