Hoping someone can help with this issue
We have one user who suddenly can't edit project expense journals in Excel. She was able to do this previously. When she opens this journal type in the excel add in (using 'open in excel') no data loads, but we are not sure why it doesn't connect. We have tried pressing refresh, opening and reopening, creating a new journal.
The user is still able to open other journal types in the excel add in, and other users are still able to open the project expense journal in the add in ...
