How do I populate Company Statement Name in Bank? It is read only for me.

That field is only editable (available) for the US and Canada.
If you want to know how to find this out: Look at the Extended Data Type behind this field, it lists the country region codes US and CA.

Maybe I should add the following: What's important here is the address of the bank, not the legal entity you're working in. So, if your Bank is from the US or Canada, the address probably isn't filled out or not filled out correctly.

add the Address on the Bank and save the form. after that edit the form again and field "Company Statement Name" will be enabled for you to fill in.
