How Can I edit Virtual agent name.

When a virtual agent replies to any conversation, my bot displays the name "PROD_PowerVirtualChat_Agent_App_Registration" . which looks bad at UI level. Is there any way to rename it to "Virtual Agent" only.

The link you sent me is just changing the name on canvas. I want to change the user name of the virtual bot to "Virtual bot" or "Virtual Assisstant" as mentioned in above screen shot. Please let me know if you can help.
