Limitation of question for copilot

Hi all,  as noticed there is a limit of 15 question can be asked within the copilot that highlighted in yellow as the picture shown below. Once the limit is reached, the copilot force me to clear the chat and start a new session. Does anyone know is there any way to configure this frequency of questions can be asked? Like make it out of 50 per sessions?

    Yes, This is there for the time being but it's good to raise a Microsoft support ticket to validate on rationale. Thanks!

    The Copilot help pane of the Microsoft Copilot for Service, thanks for confirming you are using that one.
     
    I have gone through the docs and I don't see any limits described over there
     
    I am now setting it up myself in a Customer Service trial to see if I am getting that same limitation :)

    Update: Yes, I am seeing the same limit as well. But haven't found any setting to change this though.

    Thanks for the reply, they way I enable the Copilot is through the Customer Service admin center.
     
    Everytime I started the conversation with Copilot, there is just 15 times of question can be asked, wonder is it is due to the version of environment I created for? Because I am using the trial environment on this.

    I haven't seen this limit before. Also checked the docs and haven't spotted this limit.
     
    Just to double check. You have enabled Copilot on the Customer Service Hub app and you are using it over there?

    If not, can you share a bit more details how you have setup Copilot?
