How to secure sensitive data in Database

Hi ,
as i know for database ax we can create or read all data from sql server
is any tools or setup in dynamics ax to make table or field cannot be read or search in sql server ?
we have schedule backup database witch running every night, and we worry if anybody take that backup and can read sensitive data for our company and our customer
 
i know about TDE in sql server for encrypt all data
i want to know any setting or tools dynamics ax can support for specific table or data
